Be Equipped for Every Good Work

Be prepared. It isn’t just a slogan of the Boy Scouts.  It’s an ethic for everyone who wants to be effective. Consider how foolhardy it would be to run into battle not knowing how to shoot, or to lift heavy weights without gradually building up to it.

CCF's Get Equipped section will prepare you to make a real difference in your community, state and nation. Our goal is to equip you in simple and practical ways so you can be effective in everyday life.

Get Equipped has four main sections:

1. The Training Center is serious "how-to" instruction on how to be effective for family values in politics, in the media, in your community and in your church, if you have one. 

2. Elected Officials is where you identify and get contact information to your state and federal representatives. They need to hear from you regularly so you can hold them accountable to family values.   

3. Voting Records of elected officials can be the key to achieving good government. Politicians are good at talking, but what really matters is how they vote. Their pro-family or anti-family voting records will convince many voters to either reward them with another term or remove them from office.

4. The CCF Store, set to open in 2005, will get into your hands the expert knowledge, experienced training and heart-and-soul inspiration that you need and want. Get ready for the resources we can find to help you grow as a person and as a model citizen.
