Randy Thomasson, CCF President

RANDY THOMASSON is founder and president of Campaign for Children and Families (CCF), a strategic nonprofit, nonpartisan organization standing up for children and families in California and America. One of the most outspoken pro-family leaders on the West Coast, Randy has been on the front lines fighting to restore family-friendly values for over a decade.

Known for his energetic and informative news and commentary on pro-family issues, Randy represents the voices of moms and dads and concerned citizens in hundreds of TV, radio and newspaper interviews each year.

He has appeared on Fox News Channel, CNN, MSNBC, PBS, 60 Minutes II, BBC, 700 Club, Time, Newsweek, Associated Press, USA Today, New York Times, Boston Globe, Washington Post, Washington Times, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, San Diego Union-Tribune, San Francisco Chronicle, and many others.

A steadfast defender of family-friendly values, Randy enjoys debating liberal spokespersons on TV and radio. He has been interviewed by local and national talk-show hosts throughout California and around the nation, including Michael Savage, Laura Ingraham, Roger Hedgecock, Michael Reagan and Alan Colmes.

As president of Campaign for Children and Families, Randy is educating, equipping and activating average citizens to embrace and promote moral values in their homes and in their communities. In such a time as this in America, Randy is urging pro-family citizens to actively work to regain moral territory that has been stolen from families, and to protect the rights they still have.

Randy is also founder and executive director of Campaign for California Families, a statewide lobbying organization, and an official proponent of VoteYesMarriage.com the Voters Right to Protect Marriage Initiative – the only California constitutional marriage amendment that specifically protects marriage rights for marriage.

Leading for family-friendly policies in government and society since 1993, Randy has served as a talk-show host, news director and producer. He holds a bachelor's degree in Radio/TV/Film, with a minor in Broadcast Journalism.
